Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) agencies have developed different structures for business engagement (BE) activities. We understand there is rarely a completely rigid structure for business engagement activities. The BE structure that most closely describes how your agency has organized BE activities.

Collaborating with our Career Source Partners to Develop and Strengthen our relationship by DBS providing employer training, support, education and resources. So we can implement strategies to ensure that blind and visually impaired clients fully participate in the work force. Secure opportunities for students/youth with disabilities to practice and improve workplace skills. Pre-Employment Transition (PETS) contracts with Community providers Career Source, and Department of Education to provide opportunities for blind & visually impaired students to participate in workplace activities and participate in work experiences.
