Since May 2010, the Kentucky Department for Workforce Investment, which is comprised of the Office for the Blind, Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, and the Office of Employment and Training, have been working towards a more unified and collaborative approach to the delivery of workforce development services. Kentucky Office for the Blind has had to adapt to the new business services framework. This presentation will describe where Kentucky Department of Workforce Investment has been, where they are now, and where they hope to go as a result of the RTAC project. This webinar is part of a series where members of the NIDILRR-funded RTAC project of VR Program Management present the lessons they've learned through their management initiative. The RTAC is a collaborative initiative to identify, test, and disseminate management practices to build a performance management model tailored to the vocational rehabilitation system.
