Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) agencies have developed different structures for business engagement (BE) activities. We understand there is rarely a completely rigid structure for business engagement activities. The BE structure that most closely describes how your agency has organized BE activities.

Description of other BE model.
I would say that NMDVR uses all of the strategies above for business engagement. NM is a unique state and so we need to be flexible in the strategies we use.

Yes
Description of transition of BE models or structure.
We as an Agency are training staff on best practice for business outreach. We are internalizing more of the business outreach and job development rather than the previous practice of using external job developers frequently.

We are working on a shared database - even though we do not currently have one, we collaborate well with our local one stops.
