Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) agencies have developed different structures for business engagement (BE) activities. We understand there is rarely a completely rigid structure for business engagement activities. The BE structure that most closely describes how your agency has organized BE activities.
Regional Business Relations Model: BE is primarily the responsibility of dedicated business specialists located throughout the state.

We are still in the process of trying to develop our business model. In the past we were focused on hosting different types of events to match our consumers with businesses for increased employment outcome. We have switched our emphasis to educating the business community about our agency and the services that we can provide to both individuals and companies. Simultaneously we are assisting the VRC's in acquiring a database of job ready consumers by providing resume and soft skill workshops. It is our goal to increase both a pool of employable candidates and a collection of businesses striving to have a more inclusive employment population
